Make sure the SIM card used is an XL card and has a YouTube quota > Turn off cellular data > Delete all applications running in the background > open the YouTube application > Use Flight Mode (Flight Mode) > turn off Flight Mode  Baiting by using this flight mode quota aims to ensure that the quota used when first accessing the internet is the YouTube quota, not the regular internet quota.  If you don't bait, then when using YouTube, the regular internet quota is still used because it previously used the regular quota.
