Well, in Photoshop, there are two types of dotted lines: a line and also an object with a dotted line. To create a line with a dotted appearance, or to create an object with a dotted line edge, the method is almost the same. Here's the tutorial.

If you want to make a dotted line, use the Pen Tool, but first select the Mode, namely Shape.

then we set Fill, select No Color

Stroke choose a solid color, it's up to you if you want to choose any color.

then select the Stroke Mode which is a dotted line.

Now friends can make the line, using the Pen Tool.
