After you click Agree & Sign Up , a page will appear. Click the box labeled "File." Select the box labeled " Blank Form." Then, create your contact form as you like. Once you're done, choose one of the provided templates.

After you click Publish, you will see a display like the one below. This is the display when you want to take the code that will be installed on our blog. Click Embed, then select JavaScript or select IFRAME.

1. Login to Blogger
2. Then you Create a new Page as if you were going to write an article, now the difference is if you write an article on the compose tab, to enter this code you click the HTML tab, and place it on the writing page, for example like the image below which is given a red box
Adjust the height and width if you feel it is not right when displayed on the posting page.

Once you've finished adjusting the height and width, click PUBLISH . Your contact form page will be complete. The message will be sent to your email address when someone fills out the form.
