The WhatsApp application on a laptop or PC is the same as the web version, the difference is that first we have to install it first and we don't need to scan the QR code repeatedly to connect to WhatsApp which is already on the smartphone application.

 

How to Install WhatsApp on Windows 7

• Download the WhatsApp application here , on this page it is only for Windows 8 and above, but that doesn't mean we can't install it on Windows 7.
• Choose one of Windows 8 64bit or 32bit according to the OS we are using.
• Then install Net Framework 4.5 if you don't have it, you can download it here.
• After completion, run the WhatsApp installer by right-clicking Run as Administrator , wait until all the installation processes are complete, the installation process runs in the background so it is not visible like we usually install other applications.

 How to Use WhatsApp on Windows 7

• Open WhatsApp on our smartphone,
• Select the WhatsApp Web menu
• Scan the QR code on WhatsApp PC. Wait until it connects.

• After connecting, the WhatsApp display will appear as shown in the image below.

Now we no longer need to use emulators like Blustack or other applications to run the WhatsApp application on our PC, but what we need to know is that WhatsApp for PC cannot be used for Voice or Video calls.
